Returns
At MINT, we pride ourselves on offering a high level of customer service. Before you make a purchase online please make sure you read the description, check the measurements and ask us any questions before committing to buy. We cannot offer returns for items that do not fit. Every item sold on the site is carefully checked, measured and photographed before being delivered.
Please Note: We keep a photographic record of how everything has been sent to you. Original garment tags have to be removed from an item prior to dispatch. Please be aware that even if items are labeled as new with tags, or new without tags they are all second-hand items. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or not in the condition described & photographed, you must contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.
Delivery
All our items are wrapped and packaged carefully and will be shipped within 3 working days of your order being placed and payment recieved. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please see below for postage costs:

Please be aware that items over a certain weight will incur a handling charge.
Payment
We can only offer online transactions via PayPal and credit/debit card. We do not accept cheques, phone payments or money transfers.
Buying In
We look at new stock at the boutique in Bath strictly by appointment only. We are looking for designer and select high-end high street clothes and accessories. All items must be clean and in perfect condition. If you are interested in supplying us but do not live in Bath, please contact us by phone or email, Monday to Friday 11am-5pm.
